Refund Policy

At Wobble (Wobble Software Inc.), we are focused on our customer (your) satisfaction by delivering top quality products and support. If you are experiencing any technical issues – please check the Troubleshooting Guide and User Manual; or contact us at [email protected], and we will assist you in resolving your issues.

However, if you feel that the product you have purchased are not fulfilling their purchase – you do have an option to request a refund. Since Wobble Software Inc. is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we issue refunds that have been requested not later than 15 days after product purchase. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing products of Wobble Software Inc.

We DO NOT honor requests for the refund for the following reasons:

  • You don’t want product after purchase;
  • Product did not meet your expectations;
  • You have changed your mind;
  • You have purchased product by mistake;
  • You don’t have sufficient expertise to use the product;
  • Asking for refund because of a goodwill;
  • You purchased another product which includes products of Wobble Software Inc. (refunds in such case are managed by your original vendor).

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, software, scripts, extensions, etc.) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
